Mike,Thoughts on B1G n pac 12 agreement? Even if we want out of MAC its still good to have a 4-1 record. b/c after all we still are MAC. Any recruit updates for the owls- I beleive in a dead period but NOLI day is coming soon, can't wait to see what DAZ does.

totally disagree.Defense lost seven starters from last year's 11, including a first-round NFL pick.They don't lose that many from this defense and no first-round picks.Robey is going to be a great corner, Gildea a great safety and Sean Daniels will finally shine at one DE. The interior wall, anchored by Bad Bad (that means Good Good) Levi Brown, is solid.Heater is a GREAT defensive coordinator.The defense will be great.
Good analysis of the defense. I think Heater will find a way. Wouldn't an Android or iPhone game app better honor BP. I love comic books, but I'm over 50! Kids these days want Wi and Xbox. A killer app would bring attention to the Downtown Sports Club: BP smacks the MAC.
Most sportswriters are too poor to have iphones and Androids or even know what an app is. Since they still deliver snail mail, I think something they can actually hold in their hands would make a more lasting impression.Of course, high-end voters like Mike Francesa of WFAN and Tim Brando of CBS College Sports Network have them but they both make more than $1 million per year.Most of the Heisman voters are in the 99 percent.

The owls need to move past the BE. This soap opera is becoming pretty sad and resembling the guy who fawns over the girl who wants nothing to do with him (to continue the metaphor…because her ugly, bitchy friend, let's call her villanova is jealous and keeps spreading lies). We need to let the truth about our program show up on the field and wait for a better conference to realize the benefits of including TU in their mix.If the owls can make respectable showings and perhaps steal a win against PSU to notre dame in the next couple of years that would help considerably.
