You have a poster on one of the sites who keeps harping on the fact that Keeler won’t win his first year because “of the roster he inherited” while completely forgetting he kept the good guys (with a lot of the bad guys dropping down to FCS or UMass) and supplemented the good guys with a lot of talented transfers. Put that in a pot, and have some good cooks do the stirring in the form of a competent staff, and that’s a strong chance for three more wins. Plus, the AAC as a whole isn’t as good this year as last year.
Plus Dayton made a lot of bone-headed decisions that could have given Temple a better record even last year. If the roster is truly improved and the game-day coaching is improved, that bodes we for 6 wins.
